How We started

Property Craft was started by the owners Scott Hinkle and Joshua Sparks, in Pueblo. They had seen a need and decided to fill it with the idea that we will provide exceptional service with quality results that are backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. We started as just a water mitigation company but grew into much more with the growing needs of all of our communities in Colorado.

Property Craft was incepted in 2014 and have grown to provide services to all of Colorado. Our team has 35 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves in prioritizing our clients to ensure their lives are not interrupted for any longer than necessary. Whether you are in need of Fire/ Smoke, Water, Mold, Trauma, EBS, or Asbestos help, we are here for you. We are also experienced in communicating with insurance to provide our clients with a seamless experience.
