Our Story
In 2014, Property Craft owners Scott Hinkle and Joshua Sparks started a restoration service company in Pueblo, CO, to serve their community and all of Colorado. It all started in a garage where they stored equipment and dispatched it to a local office, increasing employees and certifications in 10+ services. They had seen a need and decided to fill it with the idea that we would provide exceptional service with quality results backed by a one-year quality warranty.
Our fast-growing restoration company focuses on safety, quality, and education within our industry. Our goal is to consistently be responsive, flexible, fair, and accountable while carrying out every aspect of a project through the Property Craft 24/7 Promise.

Lori Palmer
Operations Manager
I grew up in Arkansas Valley and graduated from Otero Junior College. As a Navy wife, I moved to San Diego, California, where I worked for a Land Planning Consultant firm. Later, I worked for an Immigration Attorney for 15 years. My job was to help foreign companies bring workers to the United States and help them obtain permanent residence.
After retiring from the Navy, my husband and I moved to Pueblo to be closer to family. My husband worked for the Pueblo Chemical Depot, and I worked in the tax industry for 18 years. In 2023, I started a new career with Property Craft.
My main goal in all my jobs was to make a difference in my clients’ lives. I helped them navigate the immigration system and the IRS tax system. Now, working at Property Craft, I help protect their homes, businesses, and most significant investments.
“I decided to join Property Craft after meeting one of the owners, Scott Hinkle. He shared his vision of making Pueblo and the entire state of Colorado a better place for homeowners. He wanted them to feel secure knowing they had a reputable company to turn to during unforeseen circumstances, tragedy, and devastation. I am glad I found a new “home” with Property Craft, where a true team works together to succeed.”
