Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, Kevin Rhodes brings a lifelong dedication to community and service to his role as Greeley Branch Manager at Property Craft.

An Eagle Scout at age 16, Kevin led a community project to build a food storage shed for the Wellington Food Bank—an early reflection of his passion for helping others. He graduated from high school with an associate degree and 62 college credits, demonstrating his drive for growth and excellence.

Kevin holds IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician and Lead Abatement certifications and has completed all NORMI environmental training courses. Today, he leads the Greeley restoration team with professionalism, empathy, and care.
