Alexia Valdez serves as Property Craft’s Client Care Coordinator, guiding customers through every stage of their restoration journey. As the primary point of contact, she ensures that each experience is smooth, transparent, and centered on exceptional service.

Alexia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and minors in Media & Entertainment and Nonprofit Administration. She also earned her MBA, demonstrating her passion for leadership and a commitment to continuous growth.

Her hard work has been recognized through academic honors such as graduating Cum Laude and receiving the CSU Pueblo ASG Lasting Legacy Award. Guided by her favorite saying—“Everything happens for a reason, and what’s meant to be will always find its way”—Alexia approaches her work with optimism, patience, and purpose.
