Kristi Brown is a seasoned finance professional currently holding the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at Property Craft. Her extensive knowledge of finance, combined with her strategic acumen, make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Kristi was born and raised in Alamosa, Colorado. After graduating high school, she enrolled at Colorado State University-Pueblo (CSU-Pueblo) in Pueblo, Colorado. She was accepted into the highly regarded Hasan School of Business 3+2 Program, where she earned her BSBA in Accounting and her MBA. While at CSU-Pueblo, Kristi was actively involved in various student organizations.
Upon completing her coursework early, Kristi began her professional career as an Accountant in Pueblo. Over the years, she has honed her skills in financial disciplines such as audit, tax, governmental, and cost accounting.
Kristi has been an active member of several local boards, including the Pueblo Hispanic Education Foundation (PHEF) and the Latino Chamber of Commerce (LCC). In 2020, she was elected as the board chair of the Latino Chamber, and in 2021, she was recognized as Outstanding Board Member of the Year for her contributions to the organization.
In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, reading books, playing golf, and cheering for her favorite Denver Broncos football team. Her husband, Jason, and their daughter are the most important people in her life, and she cherishes the moments spent with them.
