Our leadership has 35+ years combined experience in our industry, and proper certifications to follow suit. We pride ourselves in prioritizing our customers/clients to ensure their lives are not interrupted for any longer than necessary. We are experienced in communicating with insurance to provide our clients with a seamless experience and also offer financing for clients that prefer so.
How We Started + What We Offer
In 2014, Property Craft owners Scott Hinkle and Joshua Sparks started a restoration service company to serve their community and all of Colorado. It all started in a garage where they stored equipment and dispatched from, to a local office, increase of employees, and certifications in 10+ services. They had seen a need and decided to fill it with the idea that we will provide exceptional service with quality results that are backed by a 1 year workmanship warranty.
